You may remember our post about Silver Lakes’ sponsorship of the East Gwillimbury Eagles, a local minor hockey team (U13). Hopefully you were following their exciting progress but if not, here is the update: The Eagles participated in a three day play off tournament in Georgina, starting off in fourth position and then going on to win the whole thing with two ties and four wins!! The Eagles are now the U13 A York Simcoe Champions for 2021/22. Way to go Eagles! Silver Lakes couldn’t be prouder.
