The Birch Bar at Blue Heron Lake

With Summer now here we are happy to announce the opening of our newest outdoor space 'The Birch'.
 

With stunning views of Blue Heron Lake, The Birch is designed to complement our larger events, held at the adjacent (covered) Pavilion, or as a standalone venue for smaller outdoor gatherings. The Birch menu features our speciality, authentic Italian wood-fired pizzas, Speducci spears and popular charcuterie boards - perfect to share with friends outdoors while enjoying a glass from our new selection of wines and spirits, or ice cold beers and soft drinks.

Relax in our Muskoka chairs while sitting around our elegant gas-powered fire pits.  Cozy blankets will keep you toasty warm on cooler Summer nights and into late Fall.  Discover what the locals have all discovered already - The Birch is the place to be this Summer!  

We are open Wednesday through Sunday and everyone is welcome, from golfers to non-golfers alike.  Stop by or make a booking for a private party or other special event such as baby shower, birthday party and much more - enjoy our spectacular venue and let us impress you with our outstanding service!

Wednesday to Saturday: noon to 10pm

Sunday: 8am to 8pm
