Tee Time Booking

 

Do I need a Chronogolf account to book a tee time?

Yes. All tee times are booked through the Chronogolf by Lightspeed platform.
If you already have an account, sign in as a Member.
If you’re new, choose Visitor and create a profile before completing your booking.

 

What information is required to set up a Chronogolf profile?

You’ll need your name, email, phone number, and credit card. The card is only used to secure your booking and is not charged unless you cancel late or no-show.

 

How far in advance can I book a tee time?

Daily-fee golfers can book up to 14 days in advance.

 

Can I book multiple tee times in one login?

No. Only one tee time can be booked per session. To book another, simply log out and sign back in.

 

Can I book a tee time by phone?

Yes. Our Golf Shop can assist with tee time bookings during operating hours.

 

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. All bookings are confirmed by email once completed.

 

Player Types & Pricing

 

What Player Types can I choose when booking?

Public categories include:

  • Adult

  • Senior 65+

  • Junior (under 18)

Members see exclusive categories such as:

  • Early Bird Member

  • Weekday Member

  • Twilight Member

  • Men’s League Member

 

What if I’m not sure which Player Type to choose?

Select Adult. Staff will adjust the correct category at check-in based on ID.

 

Why do online prices sometimes differ from posted rates?

Silver Lakes uses dynamic pricing, which may vary based on time of day, day of week, demand, and weather.

 

Do I pay online?

No. All rounds are paid in person at the Golf Shop upon check-in.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Silver Lakes has a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.
You may modify or cancel your tee time without penalty any time before the 24-hour window.

 

What if I cancel late or reduce the number of players?

Late cancellations, reducing players inside the 24-hour window, or no-shows will incur charges to the credit card on file.

 

Checking In & Day-Of Play

 

How early should I arrive before my tee time?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in at the Golf Shop.

 

When can I access power carts?

Power carts can be picked up within 20 minutes of your tee time. Availability may vary.

 

Do groups fewer than four get paired up?

Yes. Guests booking twosomes or threesomes may be paired with another group when possible.

 

What is the expected pace of play?

Silver Lakes expects a pace of 4 hours and 20 minutes.
Groups falling behind may be asked to speed up or skip a hole.

 

 

Course Policies & Etiquette

 

What is the dress code?

To maintain a traditional golf standard:

  • Collared shirts are required

  • No jeans, track pants, or short shorts

  • Pants must have a zipper and pockets

 

Do I need to have my own clubs?

Yes. Club sharing is not allowed. Rental clubs are available at the Pro Shop.

 

How do I help maintain course conditions?

Please:

  • Repair divots

  • Fix ball marks

  • Rake bunkers

  • Follow cart-path rules

 

Are outside food and beverages permitted?

No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited by law.
Beverages and snacks are available at the Golf Shop and on-course services.

 

 

Practice Facilities & Aqua Range

 

Can I warm up before my round?

Absolutely. Silver Lakes offers a full practice area including:

  • Aqua Range (water driving range)

  • Two putting greens

  • Chipping green

  • Practice bunkers

 

Is the Aqua Range open to the public?

Yes. All guests may use the Aqua Range. Practice balls can be purchased at check-in.

 

Rain, Weather & Course Conditions

 

Do you offer rain checks?

Yes. Rain checks are issued when severe weather interrupts play.
They are prorated based on the number of holes completed.

 

Will play be suspended during lightning or storms?

Yes. Staff will notify golfers when dangerous weather conditions arise.

 

 

Golf Carts & Rentals

 

Are power carts available?

Yes. Carts are available for rent, subject to availability and weather restrictions.

 

Can I reserve a cart in advance?

Cart requests can be made during the booking process under “Extras,” or at check-in.

 

Do you offer pull cart rentals?

Yes. Pull carts are available at the Golf Shop.

 

Do you have rental clubs?

Yes. Premium rental clubs are available for players who need them.

 

 

Leagues, Memberships & Events

 

Can anyone join the Men’s or Ladies Leagues?

Yes, leagues are open to the public.

  • Men’s League bookings open online at specific dates/times.

  • Ladies League tee times must be booked by phone.

 

Does Silver Lakes offer memberships?

Yes. We offer several membership types including:

  • Early Bird

  • Weekday

  • Twilight

Do you host tournaments or corporate events?

Yes. Silver Lakes offers tournament packages, corporate outings, and group bookings.

Is Silver Lakes a public or private course?

Silver Lakes is a public golf course with a private-club feel, offering top-tier facilities and exceptional course conditions.

 

Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for all guests.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase at the Golf Shop and can be used for tee times, merchandise, and more.
