Wondering where to host your annual golf tournament? If you have hosted a tournament at Silver Lakes before, you know the answer already. Silver Lakes is renowned for being a superb tournament venue, which is why we have tournaments returning to us year after year. We are especially popular for hosting larger events, although we welcome all tournaments large and small. Our experienced staff know how to make every guest feel welcome, and most importantly how to ensure flawless execution on the day. Whether hosting a charitable event or an annual corporate gathering, Silver Lakes will make sure your tournament is a brilliant day out for all!
Let Silver Lakes help you plan, both on the golf side and on the event side.
Once we determine format (tee time event or “shotgun” start, for example), we can then get to the fun stuff. We can advise you on everything from contests to add to your tournament (such as Beat the Pro, Nearest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Hole-in-One, etc.), golf clinics with the Pros and any golf club rentals that may be required, to how to get sponsors to sponsor holes or powercarts, additional branding support such as branded merchandise for goodie bags and prizes, gift cards and other merchandise for silent auction. Event coordination is included in your tournament package, as are personalized scorecards and cart nameplates, tournament scoring and valet bag drop.
Silver Lakes has a number of options when it comes to planning your tournament meal. We offer everything from cheerful pub fare with drinks, to full banquet dinner. Our Banquet Hall can hold up to 200 people comfortably, whereas our more intimate Lakes Lounge is perfect for drinks following your event. We have a stunning outdoor Pavilion that is the ideal setting for more informal barbecues. Not sure what to choose? We offer tastings so you can test out the options in advance.
