Stay safe at Silver Lakes

According to provincial regulation, from Wednesday, Sept 22, guests of Silver Lakes will be required to provide proof of double vaccination at the door in order to enter the Clubhouse. Visit the Government of Ontario website to download your vaccine passport (https://covid19.ontariohealth.ca)

You do NOT need to show proof of vaccination if:

You are entering our premises to place, pick up or pay for an order (takeout) d. You are eating on our Patio e. You are coming in to use the restrooms f. You are coming in for work purposes and not as patrons such as repair, delivery, inspectors, etc.

You WILL need to show proof of vaccination AND identification (showing name and date of birth – photo ID not required) + 14 days and a Silver Lakes staff member must clear you to enter the premises:

a. For indoor dining in our Sixteen Lakes Kitchen & Bistro b. For indoor, non-wedding events c. For wedding banquets located inside of our Clubhouse. PLEASE NOTE – until Oct 12, for weddings only, you will be able to show a negative COVID-19 antigen test from no more than 48 hours before the event instead of proof of vaccination.

The only exceptions are: medical exemption with a doctor’s note as well as children 11 years old or younger.

Please see guidance at https://www.health.gov.on.ca/.../guidance_proof_of...

After Oct 22, an enhanced vaccine certificate as well as an app to read the QR code will be available.
